The NSPCC Christmas Fair is a well established event in the Yorkshire Christmas calendar, and was originally held in The Orangery at Settrington. In 2000 the fair moved to Castle Howard, offering a unique shopping experience in exquisite stately surroundings for both exhibitors and visitors.
2017 will be the second year that the Fair has been held at Duncombe Park. The organisers are delighted to be holding this well loved and popular event in such a beautiful private home. The committee is extremely grateful to the Duncombe Park Estate for their generosity and support in hosting this event.
Standing in 300 acres of parkland, Duncombe Park is the home of the Duncombe family and is rarely open to the public, so this event presents a unique opportunity for people to enjoy its impressive interiors.
Many elements combine to make The Duncombe Park NSPCC Christmas Fair a very special and unusual event: the wonderful setting, the vast range of gift ideas from quality vendors and the ultimate benefits of the associated fund raising to a range of vulnerable young people.
